Full-Service Agreement A well functioning shoeshine machine contributes with a useful function, and always creates a very positive reaction with its users. Just like a pair of shoes, a shoeshine machine needs regular service to function perfectly. Shoeshine machines without regular service start to look worn, they run out of polish and have old, broken brushes that do more harm than good. When you rent a shoeshine machine from Smile & Shine, we include a full-service agreement to avoid this situation. Thanks to this service agreement we can guarantee that the machine will always look nice and be in a perfect functioning condition, and therefore your customers and staff will always be happy. Our full-service agreement includes: Maintenance Service We clean the machine both externally and internally with regular intervals. The brushes are cleaned from dirt, gravel and old polish. The mat that collects dirt and dust is cleaned and the sole wipers are replaced if needed. We make sure the “roll-on” mechanism gives out the right amount of polish every time, and we fill up the shoe polish container. This way we ensure that the machine always looks nice, is kept in working order and ready to use by your customers and staff. Emergency Service Besides the regular maintenance service, we will come within 48 hours if you call us for service, or if the machine needs repair. Repairs and changing of broken parts are performed free of charge – providing the damage has not been caused by reckless handling of the machine. Shoe polish and new brushes are included as well. Our Guarantee You will never have to be without a shoeshine machine. If the machine cannot be repaired on location, we will provide you with a replacement machine until your machine has been repaired. If we cannot repair your existing machine, we will replace it free of charge, providing the damage has not been caused by severe recklessness.
